Lola is your AI-powered friend, personal assistant, and life coach—designed to provide guidance, support, and self-reflection tools. Lola is NOT a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. This app does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional counseling.

By using Lola, you acknowledge that all interactions are for informational, entertainment, and personal development purposes only.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Services

Lola does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions. The information and responses provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, seek immediate help from a qualified healthcare provider. If you are in distress or facing an emergency, contact emergency services (911 or your local equivalent) or a licensed mental health professional.

3. No Liability for User Decisions

By using Lola, you agree to the following terms regarding liability:

  • No Warranties: Lola is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness.

  • Limitation of Liability: The developers, owners, and affiliates of Lola are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages from the use or inability to use the app.

  • No Medical Data Collected: Lola does not collect, store, or process medical records or health data.

  • AI Learning & Improvement: Conversations may be used to improve Lola’s responses but are not considered confidential therapy records.

  • User Responsibility: Avoid sharing sensitive medical, legal, or financial information within the app.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By using Lola, you agree to:

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Lola complies with global data protection regulations, including but not limited to:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU.

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.

  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): Lola is not intended for users under 18 years old.

You must be at least 18 years old (or meet local age requirements) to use Lola.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

Lola operates on a subscription-based model with a monthly fee of $99 per user. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including partial months of service.

  • Payment Method: A valid payment method is required to maintain access. Failed payments may result in account suspension.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime, but access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using Lola, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
